Making Google Charts Interactive and Responsive

I've just begun experimenting with Google Dashboards (which are themselves still in an experimental phase), which allow users to manipulate the data and how it's displayed in a chart. In this chart, the slider at the top manipulates the variable '2010 Corporate Income Taxes'. I'll be adding more of these controls as I learn them. Data comes from this story.
